We are pleased that you are interested in the District Referral Program. If you hold a bachelors degree and have been hired as a teacher, and are not certified, you may be the ideal candidate for the District Referral Program. The District Referral Program cohort holds all the same requirements as our other certification program areas, however, there are some requirements unique to the program.
Deadline for the 2010-2011 Program year: July 26, 2010.

Application Process
The application process is comprised of 5 parts:
- Completion of the District Referral Form by hiring principal or HR department submitted to the Certification Department.

- Complete the Online Application (and pay the $75.00 non-refundable fee)
- Have THREE (3) Professional References submit a Professional Recommendation form to the Certification Department office on your behalf. Download the Form:

- Submit Official College Transcripts from ALL colleges to the Certification Department.
Official transcripts must be received in an unopened envelope sealed by the college or university.

- If Selected, submit the Registration Fee (by due date). Final acceptance into the Region XIII District Referral Program requires ECP Staff approval of teaching assignment and application.

To begin the online application, you will need the following information. Please Do Not begin the application if you do not have this information at this time:
- A valid email address.
- Social Security Number or Resident Alien number (this will serve as your application reference number).
- Education history including institutions attended, dates, and grade point average.
- Employment history including supervisor's name and contact information and dates of employment.
- Visa, Master Card, or check routing information for $75 application fee.
Note: You MUST have a password to apply for the District Referral Program. You will be provided with a password to access this application
once the completed District Referral form is received.
