Apply for Transition to Teaching Cohort

We are pleased that you have made the decision to apply to the Educator Certification Program! Please read the following information thoroughly before applying.

The online application is comprised of 3 steps:

• Personal information
• Payment
• Online interview
  

To apply, you will need the following information.

• A valid email address.
• Social Security Number or Resident Alien number (this will serve as your application reference number)
• Education history including institutions attended, dates, and grade point average
• Employment history including supervisor's name and contact information and dates of employment.
• Visa, Master Card, or check routing information for $75 application fee.
• District Code for the online interview (6389).
  

Steps to follow after completing the application:

• Print and submit 3 professional recommendations
• Submit official transcripts for all colleges and universities attended to:
